We make it easy for you with an online portal so you can access all your financial information, and a digital statement, including copies of accounts paid, emailed to you every month.

And, most importantly, if we fail to live up to our promises, the service agreement we include in our Managing Agency Agreements gives you the opportunity to leave us without notice.

About Elizabeth

Elizabeth Sargood is the Director and Licensee in Charge of Aspect Estate Agents. She works with property owners to find excellent tenants, and tenants to find lovely homes. By focusing exclusively on property management rather than sales, Elizabeth provides expert, dedicated property management services.

Elizabeth began working as a specialist Property Manager in South Western Sydney in 2000, then expanded her skills to become a Senior Property Manager with Bresic Whitney and Raine & Horne Double Bay, where she focussed on the Eastern Suburbs.

With over fourteen years’ experience behind her, Elizabeth founded Aspect Estate Agents in 2014, driven by the desire to specialise entirely in property management and help owners and tenants build positive and long-lasting relationships. Elizabeth loves what she does.

What Elizabeth does

Elizabeth and her team at Aspect Estate Agents know there is both an art and a science to property management. With now over seventeen years in the field, Elizabeth is an expert on the science: from trust accounting and inspections, to managing maintenance. She specialises in blocks of apartments on one title and supervises any remedial building works.

But that’s only half the equation: Elizabeth is an expert on the art of property management too, of working with owners and tenants with all kinds of financial and life situations to find the best possible outcomes.

What Elizabeth loves

Elizabeth believes in doing property management well from day one. She loves being proactive and anticipating her clients’ needs, and her motto is ‘A stitch in time saves nine’.

But most of all, Elizabeth loves meeting people and getting great results for her clients. Finding excellent tenants and matching them to owners and homes is the driving force behind everything she does.

The technical bit

Elizabeth is a fully qualified Licensed Real Estate Agent. She completed her Diploma in Property (Real Estate) in December 2006, and her Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) in October 2009. She is always looking to expand her knowledge and expertise to keep abreast of Property Management best practice.

About Veronica

Veronica Morgan is a Senior Property Manager with Aspect Estate Agents. Veronica started in Real Estate as a Property Manager in 2001 in a variety of roles from Property Manager to Senior Property Manager and management of a team beneath her.

Veronica packs over 8 years’ experience and is a widely recognised figure in the industry in the city, high end/executive leasing and Property Management. Her core focus is on managing corporate tenants with an average rental of $2000 up to $7000 per week along with new builds. Her wealth of knowledge extends form Property Management through to managing settlements and defects.
